Is there a way to migrate all accounts to a particular skin?

NOT x skin! I know that is in WHM, but lets say I have a custom skin (BlueHops..whatever) and I want all accounts to use that skin. Is it possible?

Or, would it be a bad idea to go ahead and do the migration and then just rename the "x" to "bluehops"?

If your plans are package based and you change the default skin for a package, all skins will be changed to their package's default skin.
