Okay, I finally decided to come out of the woodwork here after lurking for a while.

I've done my research and have shopped around for 4 months and have decided to bring my business to EV1Servers/Rackshack.

There's pro's and there's con's to my decision, however, I feel that Rackshack is going to provide the best value to me and to my clients.

Here's my question, and PLEASE note that I'm not looking to turn this into a product vs product "flame/war". Just cold hard substantiated facts, please.

What I'm looking for is the following:

Hard limits on disk space usage.
Hard and soft limits on bandwidth usage
Stability.
Ease of use, both from a SysAdmin standpoint and an End User standpoint.
Security.
Ease of maintaining system software.

From what I've gathered so far, Plesk is the more stable and better secured control panel system, while CPanel provides a more user friendly system. Cpanel also seens to make it easier to upgrade system software, I haven't heard anything about Plesk.

Please provide your thoughts and facts with both and try to persuade me.
