I login as root and installed urchin in usr/local/urchin. It seems installation completed and urchin is running. However, both ip:9999, and domain:9999 return an 404 not found error page. I also tried 8080, and got same result. Can anybody help me? Thanks a lot.

do you have a firewall installed by any chance. Sometimes people forget these things or didn't install it themeselves.
Other than that, just make sure you followed the directions perfectly.

Make sure you visit:
http://www.domain.com:9999 and NOT
www.domain.com:9999 or it will return an error.
