Has ever anybody made localization of Apache?
If so... pls post HOW-TO here

The subject is that I need to have a possibility to browse the URLs wich have non English charecters inside... For ex. - Icelandic
http://www.somehost.com/æsað.html

Icelandic lang support for file system included in the kernel...
Server is RH 7.3, Apache 1.3
