Hello,

i have 2 IP address on my server, DNS1, DNS2

when ever iam adding a new site to the server, all will conect to the firest IP address,??

will' it make over load for that IP,?? shall I keep some on the firest IP and some on the secont IP,??

or it OK, to keep them with the firest IP??

Basically, when you buy a server from RS, theres one main shared ip.

I assume you have requested for 2 more which is meant for your DNS1 and DNS2.

So by right you should have 3 ips.

All your account will be hosted on your main ip (when you get your server for the first time)

You cna request for another 5 more ip address from RS FOC if you want to use them for hosting purposes.

actually, you must only request 1 additional IP. Your primary IP will be used for both name-based hosting, and NS1. And your second IP wil be used for NS2.

But to answer the original question, yes all name-based sites will be on the original IP. In addition, you will not "overload" this IP. You could overload your hardware, or network connection, but these resources are shared amongst all of your IPs, and changing the IP that a site is served from will not prevent the "overload".
