Allright, I figured since urchin is going for a dollar on rackshack, I would give it a shot. I went through the setup following rackshacks email, changing urchin to urchin4 during the install since it was an upgrade and that was the directory it was installed in. Seems to be working, after reading some things via this and cpanels forums, I know you can't view the stats via the administration panel. Thats fine with me, the thing that has me confused is in the configuration when viewing all of my sites, it gives you the option of setting the time you want the stats to update, should I configure this since all the sites are set to not ever update or does cpanel force it to update? Just didn't want to go and screw anything up since it worked fine when I did a /scripts/runlogsnow.. I figured since it updated then, I shouldn't change those settings.

You must set time in order for Urchin to run.
