Would like to know if anyone is using EV1's ftp backup service with cpanel's/WHM built in backup and no custom scripts? (I am getting a response to a trouble ticket saying I have to write custom scripts and the active/passive thing....when my cpanel for 3 months has been backing up no problem, but now can't.)

Please post if you are using cpanel/WHM backup to EV1 servers with no customized scripts?
