I have a customer that whats his MX and CNAME records changed to the following:

Add an MX record for my domain pointing to MAIL.OEMMAIL.COM, and add a domain alias for themail.mydomain.com that points to WEB.OEMMAIL.COM.

or

YOURDOMAIN. IN MX 10 MAIL.OEMMAIL.COM
THEMAIL.YOURDOMAIN. IN CNAME WEB.OEMMAIL.COM

I thought I made the changes correct but it's still not working. Here is what I did:

After I made these changes I restarted BIND.

Here is the error the customer gets:

Status of your MX record: Your MX Record is Correct

Status of your CNAME record: Please try again later. There is a problem getting to the Root DNS Server.
