Ok there is a simple answer to this I hope but I cannot find it.
Someone has a domain and as the domain admin they get to use Cpanel. Well how do their users get to use it too? He has given them FTP and email accounts yet their passwords don’t work with Cpanel. They REALLY do need the GUI.
Does the server admin have to give him more rights or something or is there a mistake at his end?
Thanks.

They aren't supposed to be able to access cpanel. Why would somebody need access just for email or ftp? BTW, the accounts created there are 'virtual' accounts and don't exist as accounts on the server per se. So those users can't SSH, telnet, etc...
Ok he made a subdomain for someone and he wondered how they could access their log files and have the wonderful things the admin of the domain could have.

I'm afraid that he has to look for thrid party software to do that... unless hes a reseller account and the subdomain accounts he sells is under his reseller account.
