Warning: fopen(http://www.mydomain.com/xxxxx/xxxxx/xxx.htm): failed to open stream: HTTP wrapper does not support writeable connections.

Someone said about allow_fopen in php.ini but there is no such thing in the php.ini file and there is nothing simmiliar.

Any ideas?
