I'm trying to enble the addon domain feture of my cPanel hosting.. read some instructions on here but don't know where to find this WHM section...

Read the email for one...

and the location is at: http://www.yourdomain.com/whm/
jsut replace the yourdomain.com with your site url

username: root
pass: password you chose when you signed up for server icon_wink.gif

Okay this makes sense now but when I try that URL path it denies my user+pass.

sholuld I type 64.246.11.52/whm/ ? As none of my domains are being resolved to the server yet...

Use the secure SSL connection to WHM like this:

https://YOURIP:2087/

thank you for the last post, I've been able to login and setup my primary resolver now. I'm going to get another 2 IP's to use for secondary and teritary resolvers... is this right?

Yeah you can have a few nameservers if you wish. Two is usually enough but it is not limited to just two.
