Hi,
It appears that all mail sent to root@myserver.mydomain.com is not being delivered.

It get stuck in the mail queue.

When I try to deliver it from the mail queue manually it still does not work.

I have attached a screenshot when I try to deliver the message manually from the mail queue.

Do any of you know what is wrong?

add the server hostname to /etc/localdomains and the problem should be fixed.

Thats because you havnt setup the correct email in the SETUP section. Check the email address in SETUP from WHM.

Seems I was having the same problem as happy_customer lately. Once I read aussies post I checked into the SETUP and sure enough the root email was not correct. Can't figure how that happened... Maybe on one of cPanel's updates?

Corrected the situation and tested... Once again I am receiving the root email as it should be...

Thanks aussie! icon_biggrin.gif
