Hello,
I have a problem were only one person on my server can't receive emails at all... on any of the accounts... and he said that he could send emails just fine. I have tried to run the scripts given in the WHM Documentation and none of them worked.. I'm not sure how to address this problem.
If someone could please help, I'd really appreciate it.

Probably related to Cpanel 8.4.x ??? I have the same problem and cannot find a solution. I'm tempted to reinstall Exim and see if that solves the problem.
My exim_rejectlog shows "host lookup did not complete" and/or "sender verify fail"
exim_mainlog shows "unrouteable address"
for emails from AOL and Paypal. However, in CPanel/WHM, the email addresses check out OK using the "Trace Email Address"
I'm surprised that this hasn't been solved since 8.4 was listed as Stable 5 days ago. How can a Web Server without email be considered "Stable?"

I had the problem before I even did an upgrade to the new cPanel version... how do I reinstall Exim?

Any chance that the account with trouble was copied from an Ensim box? I'm trying to narrow my problem down to that indicator.

Use at your own risk, but to reinstall Exim, /scripts/exim4 (I think - never done it and trying to avoid needing to, on my box!)
