Can someone explain why there are so many python2 (10-12) processes running at any one time? (cpanel8.2 R)

Is there a way to limit this?

I also have 11 mysqld processes, because they allocate a lot of memory, I'd like to reduce the number, any thoughts?

i think it can stop all these process by using this command (provided u are not using them!)

/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/bin/mailmanctl stop

any info on whether running that command will kill anything. I have a normal CPanel setup that is having some problems lately. What would running this command do? Thank you.
