Hi,
I have lost a few customers from the message that I get when you log into ftp :
220 ProFTPD 1.2.2rc3 Server (ProFTPD)[plesk.rackshack.net]
331 Password required for test.
230 User test logged in

Please help me (I've got a plesk one)

Edit the following file

/usr/local/psa/ftpd/etc/proftpd.conf

You then need to add the line
ServerIdent on "ftp.mydomain.com"

Just save the file... there is no need to reset anything. This surpresses the default message.
