We are contemplating getting a RAM upgrade for our RAQ very shortly and I was wondering if anyone with experience could answer a few questoins.

1. When you ordered the upgrade, how long did the process take?

a. How long from when you ordered to when the upgrade happened?

b. How long was the downtime?

2. Were you given a time frame as to when the upgrade would occur?

3. What problems did you experience if any?

I havnt seen any comments recently on RAM upgrades, I know while the move to the new facility was going ion, there were some significant delays in installation.
actual downtime should only be a couple minutes, its not all that fard to pop RAM into a box and reboot it, your only and biggest concern really is bad RAM, if its a bad stick, it can cause you lots of problems when it begins getting used and pushed.. Mouse
