I have a new plesk 6 RH9 box. I entered one client with a domain to go along with it. Now I try to enter another client or another domain to the already existing client it tells me that the "limit set by license key has been reached" I thought these came with a 200 domain license. Is there something I need to do to the server?

Submit a trouble ticket to Rackshack cmdinternet. It sounds as if your key has not yet been installed.

Yea, I've heard others talking about getting servers without the proper license installed and it happened to us once too. A trouble ticket got it fixed.

As a side note, it's a 100 domain license now. It used to be a 200 doamin license long time ago... (Plesk 2.0.x and 2.5). You can upgrade to an unlimited license for $99 though.

Same thing happened to me a few days ago ... for some reason a bunch of machines are being released with the demo license for plesk.

Same happened to me. I don't really know what 'Instant Activation means to EV1". Automatic install failed. I didn't get the activation e-mail, so I had to write again. Then they gave me the wrong IP address, and finally after more than 5 hours I'm able to log in to the server, just no notice the plesk key is missing.

I logged into my brand new RH9 Plesk server today and found there were additional IPs listed that were not associated with my server at all. Also my license says it will expire in April 2005 - just 4 months away.

Does this mean you only get a 4-month Plesk license with a new server, and what exactly will I lose if I don't (presumably) buy a new license then? Anyone?
