Yesterday when I was restoring some accounts through WHM a password prompt appeared. I typed in my root password but it was rejected. I tried to login via SSH but all my users passwords were also rejected. Just like if someone had changed all the passwords for all users on the server. I contacted support asking if they could change the password. Their reply:

Does anyone know what the "token init errors" are? Is it fixable?
