Hi

Yesterday when I was restoring some accounts through WHM a password prompt appeared. I typed in my root password but it was rejected. I tried to login via SSH but all my users passwords were also rejected. Just like if someone had changed all the passwords for all users on the server. I contacted support asking if they could change the password. Their reply:

When we tried to change your password we received token init errors It looks likes your system is going to need a possible restore. If you would like a restore order it though the member services. Thank you


Does anyone know what the "token init errors" are? Is it fixable?
