For an account that uses nothing but SMTP and POP3 none of its traffic shows up just the http traphic. this account uses about 1GB per. day in email usage.
please help me fix his monitor

What OS/Plesk version do you use? Have you upgraded from Plesk 5?

its on RH9 and it wasn't an upgrade allthough it was a newer racksack image

Do you have Plesk 6.01 installed? You can get the version with cat /usr/local/psa/version

seems that it wasnt upgraded just figured it would have been done since 6.0.1 was released when i got the box.. but i installed the upgrade patches and its still not comming up with anything i will give it a few days and let you know if that fixed the problem
