I just got an AMD with Plesk and I'd like to access one of my sites via the web before I transfer the domain name over so I can make sure everything is working. Is there a way to access a virtual site on my server via IP address at all?

I don't know if the Plesk has another way to handle this, but assuming that Plesk supports the ServerAlias directive, then you could just create a subdomain at a service like dhs.org or dyndns.org, point that new domain to your new server, and set the server to serve out that site when that subdomain is used.
