I am using cpanel and found soem probles. Yes, i have read Cpanel documents.

Here is how I created reseller account

1. created him (aabbcc.com)a virtual account on my root WHM

Q: does HD and BW I setup here matter?

2. I gave him priviledge on reseller center

Q: aabbcc.com is not listed when reseller click "list account" on his WHM? and he tried to create aabbcc.com on his end, WHM said

Sorry, that domain is already setup (remove it from httpd.conf?)

How could you guys always create reseller account?
and how to resolve the problems above:D

Log in to your WHM as root, and under account functions, click change ownership of account, and change the ownership to him...if you haven't, it will still show as being owned by whatever account you created it under...probably root, and won't be visible in his domain list.
