Hello,
What exactly happens when ppl exceed there bandwidth limit when using cPanel?... also, is there a way that I can setup a bandwidth exceeder message and suspend the account automatically once the bandwidth is exceeded?..
Thanks in advance,
Justin.

Justin,
When you set a limit on your WHM on an account when it comes to that limit it will automatically suspend there account from viewing on the internet. You can customize that page as well. Its located in the options in WHM to customize the Bandwidth Exceeded message. Another thing you could do is purposely make there account go over and see where the bandwidth limit exceeded message appears then you can find that location on your domain and customize the .html in a HTML Editor.
Good Luck,
Joe

One thing i noticed when i tested it out (on one of my own sites) was that the bandwidth checker must run only oncve a day so if the domain id very high traffic and burns heaps of bandwidth is that it will only catch it when it is run not the second it goes over the limit which can be a problem (can be for me that site burns upto 15 gig a day now lol)
