Where is the mail spool / pop accounts located on Plesk 6?
I want to delete all content in a POP account from SSH, without removing the actual POP account itself.

Look within /var/qmail/mailnames/domain.com/...
..substituting 'domain.com' with the real name. You'll find it from there.
You can delete received messages by hand, but don't try to manually mess with the queue of undelivered mails (/var/qmail/queue/...). There are tools for that...

What is the best way to manage to mail queue. You mention of tools to manage qmail. Can you tell me about these?

search for such tool as qmail-remove and qmhandle in this forum and the forum at plesk.
