Urbenalia
I have a problem.

When i enter in my whm i get this message:

The server was unable to lookup an an A entry for its hostname (es.urbenalia.com). This is generally because the entry was never added. However this could also be the result of your nameserver(s) being down. If you would like to attempt to automaticlly add the entry, CLICK HERE

I press in the button

I get this message:

Found your hostname to be: es.urbenalia.com
Found your short hostname to be: es
Found your domain name to be: urbenalia.com
Found your main ip to be: 66.98.156.16
If this looks correct,

I press in a "Add the entry" button and i get:

IP=66.98.156.16 Add Complete

But when i return to WHM the message comes again...

Can any1 say me what it happends ?

I have the exact same problem. I checked my /etc/resolv.conf and hosts files as well as zone files. Everything looks in order from what I can see.
gaurav
What are the entries in /etc/resolv.conf?
What is the output of the command:

host es.urbenalia.com

from the command prompt on the server.

I fixed mine. I removed the DNS record then readded it.

When i put host es.urbenalia.com i get:

Host es.urbenalia.com not found: 2 (SERVFAIL)

in /etc/resolv.conf i have:

nameserver 127.0.0.1
nameserver 66.98.156.16
nameserver 66.98.156.189

¿?

Add an A record for es.urbenalia.com on your "local" server and you should be good to go.

I have added An a Entry in WHM and ever when i enter at WHM the message appears again... ¿?
