I read this, and i want to not respond by email and i'm not even the one asking for help. Paranoia is good, trust is bad and being in a faraway country makes that choice even easier or harder, depends on how you are i guess. But i am intrigued with the sentence. "Everything there is a pay." I like that.

Besides the scratching of each others backs, there is a pay.

heh

I swear I really like this

And for me hotmail != trust. How can you trust someone using anonymous and free email account to take good care of your server?
shykot
this is even better, I have a ISp account but do not want to reveal it. If you don't trust do not mail me. Thats fine for me.

Enjoy yourself

Didnt mean to trash, i liked that everything there is a pay. So true you know. Everything should be paid.

These forums help people for free every hour. The I can help you for a fee really has no place here in a reply. Remember trust is a two way street.

Change the mount point of the second HD to something different like /mnt/backups. Log in via ssh and edit hdb1's /etc/fstab entry if WHM doesn't provide an interface for changing the mount point.

noone seems to remember to add that you must unmount /home2!

# umount /home2

notice "umount" not UNmount.

that will remove the /home2 from the drive listing
