**Regarding the Auth code req. for the .info, & .biz domains transfers**
"auth code"
The "auth info" code is created at the time the domain is created. Transfer commands must contain this auth info code to confirm transfer authority. The current Registrar of record will have the auth info code and must provide it to the Registrant. If they do not, the Registrar is in breach of their Registry-Registrar Agreement and the Registrant should contact the appropriate Registry. This information must be obtained from the current registrar.

Who do we email if we want to find the auth code for domains we already have with EV1?
Or is it available via our control panel?
Thanks,
Donnacha

LOL! You already have the answer! Just look under "Domain Extras".

The auth code is available within the domain management, under the "Domain Extras" option. You can contact domain support at
domains@ev1servers.net for any domain issue.

I've never had anyone ask that their auth code be changed. I don't think it's something that we can do on our end, but if you have a domain that you want to change the auth code of please email
domains@ev1servers.net with your request and I will go to either Tucows or Afilias (.INFO registry) to find out what needs to be done to change the auth code.
Thank you,
