What do you want it to do?

If you are trying to add a subdomain from the CPAnel, then I don't think it gives you any option like http://a.b.c.com to be created.
In CPAnel no,
But it can be done if you try to do it from the shell directly. You should know where all the entries for the subdomain exists in the shell.

thanx but where are the registries for subdomains , how to reach with shell?

when you create a subdomain from cpanel, it creates the following in your httpd:

server alias sub.subdomain.com *.subdomain.com

You have to remove the *.subdomain.com from your httpd.conf.
