I am soon getting a Rackshack server for my hosting company. Along with my standard packages I would like to provide Reseller hosting . The problem is the popular resellers provide personal name servers. Can I do the same??? If so how can it be done. I know I can set up a personal nameserver for myself but is it possible to have 20 personal nameservers for all my reseller clients.

In regards to Plesk, the DNS admin system is quite limited i.e. you have a template to customise but each and every domain that is added to Plesk uses this default template so they'll end up with the default servers DNS servers, most likely yours.

Although you could setup 2 DNS servers which are not company specific and use those in the template. So that any end user would see the generic DNS servers but wouldn't associate them with you.
