Having just done the EXCELLENT howto by Mahmoud http://69.1.84.165/staticpages/index.php?p...003073009541160

I have a couple of questions, which I hope you can all help me with.

1) Is there a way of testing the output of MailScanner via SSH? eg command line test.

2) Is there a way of testing the output of ClamAV via SSH? eg command line test?

ALSO:

I've followed the howto and setup a directive to receive alerts at my postmaster address.

I did a few test emails from yahoo.com using default.url and test.email.eml as attachements.

The response from the server was bang-on.

However, I didn't receive alerts at the postmaster address.

I have even gone so far as to set the fully qualified email address in /etc/MailScanner/MailScanner.conf
