our users can add new subdomains on their cpanel.
the entry in the httpd.conf is right, but the ip in the header
is everytime wrong!
so the new subdomain don't work, i have to change this header i.e. to and then the new subdomain works.
so my problem is now, where can i change this ip??
where is this ip saved?
when i add a new account the ip is correct. i only have this ip problems with new subdomains...
is there anyone who knows more about that??

first check what is the IP adress for the parent domain, in the WHM as well as the virtual host entry.
If it is the correct one, then the subdomain entry should work.
If it is correct, then there is a new bug you have to report to Cpanel.
But I never get this problem in my CPanel.

i know now what's the problem really is or better was:
in the directory /var/named are all account files. and in this .db files is the old ip saved...
so our problem was, that we moved our servers to a new datacenter, where we have new ip-ranges.
in the named .db files for the new accounts every thing was ok, but we forget to change the ips of the old accounts in this directory.
so now i changed all this entrys with a simple perl replace script an everything works fine!
