Ok, I have been getting quite a few bounced emails and decided to look it up in one of the spam databases. Seems I got listed at spews which say my IP is found. But when looking at the data file my subnet is not listed. Does anyone know why else it would show my ip there?

That's a huge entry, but here is the relevant bit:
1, 69.57.132.186, LIVE union-dns.info / ns2.union-dns.info (proxy cache? "X-Cache: MISS from union-billing.net")
1, 69.57.132.0/24, EV1 (ns2.union-dns.info)
1, 69.57.132.0/22, EV1 (ns2.union-dns.info)
Your IP is included in the last line. This shows that at first only the offending IP was blocked, but the listing has been escalated twice for failure to heed complaints and eliminate the spammer. Looks like a very nasty Russian spam gang. 69.57.132.186 appears to be listed for providing DNS services to one of the gang's websites.

Yes, most people DO hate spews, ban the entire internet and then pick up the pieces a month or so later ..
