suggest a good step by step working how to.

Try the forums at plesk.com. I remember seeing one there awhile back.

There are 2 ways to do it, on a per user level using .qmail files (Search the Plesk forums, I think its a 2.5 thread, written by JimRoe) and the global qmail-queue method, which I wrote up here:
