I was aware of this because the other companys customers were emailing me for support on their websites hosted by this other hosting company. Ever since then i have been receiving emails sent out from this company to their customers containing sensitive information such as account names/passwords!!
I have contacted the other company about this and we have both emailed and sent support tickets but RS refuse to do anything about it. I see they take customers privacy very seriously
Below is a censored example of the emails i receive (around 20 per day!):
FROM: MAILER-DAEMON@www.mydomain.com TO: anonymous@www.mydomain.com
SUBJECT: failure notice
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at www.mydomain.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

202.xxx.32.xxx does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 550 <4xxxn>, No such user.
Giving up on 202.xxx.32.xxx.
