i know that some people experienced this issue before in several weeks back and i thought that RS has came up with a procedure to stop this from happening again .... unfortunately my main ip address is given away to other server and causing all my name-based sites to go down .... wondering what will my customers react when they try to access their sites/control panel and found out that their sites are not available and the contact is not my company but other company .... and wondering what i am going to tell them
talk to the techs at chatroom and no one seems to help ... and just submitted a ticket ... hopefully my problem will be solved as soon as possible and no other customers will experience this in the future.
