when trying to access webmail i get the following [line 108 of /home/httpd/vhosts/webmail/horde/lib/Prefs/sql.php]

for some reason its not connecting to the sql server i think,, can someone please point me in the right direction for things to check, how can i check to see that the right server for horde is running and set the right settings... please help
