We are suddenly seeing the following error on one server only:
Fatal error: session_start(): Failed to initialize storage module. in /home/httpd/vhosts/????.com/httpdocs/???.php on line ?
Any ideas?

What PHP version do you use? Try to restart httpd.

PHP 4.3.2 and I doubt a restart would do anthing as Plesk initiates restarts all the time on this busy reseller server when people update hosting parameters.....
It does go away when you refresh the page though....
