is there a way to let people use one main webmail.domain.com to login instead of using there own personal domain name ?

You can setup a site, or subdomain for webmail. Then download and extract SquirrelMail from http://www.squirrelmail.org/ to your site. Then configure it. Now everyone can use that to access their webmail from one centralized location.
