I am going to move from Celeron to Pentium
and in the Celeron one, I have Urchin installed
do Ihave to pay it again to get a copy on Pentium?

Good question. I don't know myself. I didn't think of asking and the cost was only a buck so I just ordered one for the machine. Even if you do have to get another licence, for $1 it's hard to complain 
When I upgraded from Ensim to cPanel RS issued me a new license key free of charge, I assume they would do the same if you are changing machines also.
