Hey guys I got a few simple questions.

1) First off I love the $25 SSL Certificates, but do I need one per site or just one for all my clients?

2) When my cleints add a subdomain in Cpanel they get this error:
SubDomain Adder
ndc: connect failed: connection refused The subdomain, sub.thehostrack.com has been added.
Although it does add the domain, but do I have to setup the subdomains in the RackShack control panel or will Web Host Manager do it for me?

3) I am in the process of registering my name servers through my registar. Once I do that, what else do I have to do to WHM and my RackShack DNS to get them to work? Right now im just using the NS1.RackShack.com and the NS2.

That's all. I know some are dumb, but I am new! THANKS!icon_biggrin.gif

I cant answer #1 for ya..

#2 - In SSH, Run the following command

/scripts/fixndc

As your subdomains wont be working until you do that (though all the ones you have created will still work once ya run that command)

#3 - Im pretty sure ya just gotta change the nameservers in whm to your new ones, aka, ns1.yourns.com and ns2.yourns.com

To answer #1, you can get one cert and allow your clients to share it if they want. Search for shared SSL certificate how-to.

Thanks.

Also, do I have to add each sub domain to my DNS in the RackShack control panel?

All you gotta do is create it in cpanel, thats it icon_smile.gif Really easy, so if hosted my website, and I used cpanel to make a subdomain, it would work instantly more or less!!
