Does anyone know how to initiate an addon script from outside of Cpanel?

Would like the script to function as it would from inside cpanel.

I want to automatically install of a number of applications such as Invisionboard, osCommerce and our own scripts that currently available from the Addon Scripts section within Cpanel.

Have you tried "Fantastico" its included with every cpanel box from rackshack.
