Anyone know the hours that live support runs?
The ad on the front page say 'Live support is available now' - but when you click on it, and select Guest (My members username does not work) it only gives Sales and that is offline
Anyone know?
Thanks.

This is a good point. I have been in and out of RackShack.net all weekend and tried the "Live Support" link on many occassions. Everytime I saw the same result... a possibility to chat with sales but they were always offline. There was no possibility to chat to support at all... on or offline.
What is the level of support at RackShack?

When you click the live support button you can log into live support for "Tech Support" or "Customer Service". To use TS or CS, you must use your Rackshack members Login and Password or you will not be able to contact Tech Support. If you use the Guest Login, you are give the "Sales" Department. The Guest Login is used for users that are not yet customers. We require the user name and password to the account so we can easily bring up your account information when you log on.
I will post each department's working hours on the login page to help clarify this. Tech Support is open 24 hours a day.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Can you log into the Members Section. Live Support uses the same query to authenticate the user/pass for the Members Section.
PM me with your RS-#### and I'll take a look at your account.
