You installed squirellmail on a plesk box?

Hrm.. I would say the place to start is with your install of squirellmail....

Plesk comes with Horde by default.

You can use horde at webmail.domain.com. In the config.php file for squirrel, make sure domain: is set to "$host". That way it is dynamically generated from the URL you enter. Also, try installing Vlogin, I think this will do what you want. - It is one of the plugins on the official site.
