About 5PM CDT there was an electrical fire in the building that houses our corporate office and call center. The data center is NOT affected.
The fire department has allowed us to re-enter only the 3rd floor of teh building with limited personnel and we have reserved these for Rackshack technical support reps. Rackshack technical support should be fully operational again by 9 PM CDT but we will have to work through the backlog of tickets. Please be patient with us.
We will be forced to use only our 3rd floor call center which nirmally houses only customer service and sales departments for one to three days.
As result, all departments will have to share a limited number, about half, of oru work stations.
We have allocated the full amount of workstations for Rackshack support and have given this department the highest priority for our limited resources over the next couple of days.
Due to short staffing over teh next 2 days, there will likely be delays in our customer service and sales departments.
