Im having an on going issue with a client, first off she can not view her page or any pages on my server. She emailed and called her ISP because everyone else once again could see her sites and all others on server.
Here is there email to me :It appears that one of your customers that you host (xxxxx-xxxx.com) does not your reverse lookup set up since we require it for our service she is not able to see her website also both of your name servers are not
resolving NS1.xxxxxxxx.NET and NS2.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.NET.
What do they mean they need reverse look up enabled?
Is that domain or server issue?
