Reason: Router and switch maintenance

1) Routers a require reboot in preparation for code upgrades. The reboots will be done 1 router at a time. Traffic will be re-routed, and you may experience some latency and loss as the routes re-converge.

2) Reboot of a core distribution switch. The following network segments will be affected: Outage length for this phase of tonight’s maintenance < 5 minutes.
