I've had a server for 4 weeks now and on 2 occassions after rebooting from within Plesk the server refused to come back up and I had to order a restore. Not very good when you have customers wanting to know why they should remain with you when they can't get their email or see their sites. Has anyone else had this problem and what were your solutions.

There is no problem with the reboot from Plesk. When you press the button it goes it runlevel 6, the same thing done by the shell command. There should be other problem.
