Our server got hacked and we restored everything from backup...everything is working fine except that in Plesk administration none of the databases are showing up. Even though they are there...is there some script that I have to run for it to see the databases again ?

Copy all the directories that contain databases in another location and create databases in Plesk (db_name+username+passwords). Then overwrite the new databases with old dirs.
