is it possible to install phpmyadmin on my main domain ,like www.mydomain.com/phpmyadmin for easier management on the whole databases ?

On Cpanel machines, each domain should have it's own Cpanel with a link to its phpmyadmin.

Eg:

https://IPADDRESS/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/index.php

Or

https://www.mydomain.com/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/index.php

It's a secure link as it should be.
