as YOU handling DNS? Check your DNS settings, MX records, etc...

Also, under Control Panel / E-Mail Management have a look if "hotmail.com" isn't blocked...

Yes.

DNS looks fine.

I can send from the server to *@hotmail.com fine. Can receive other domain e-mails fine as well.

Cpanel.

There are no E-mail filters and Spam Assassin is off.
