Full Version: How come Rackshack doesn't offer Plesk upgrade requests as it's a free upgrde?

Plesk 5.0 to Plesk 6.0 upgrade is free, what's the point of refusing it to us?

Surely the upgrade is only free if you have a software upgrade license from Plesk?

RS have a special deal with Plesk which we have no knowledge of (and nor do we need to), but Patrick has mentioned that it should be soon.

If you read the e-mails I put in quote, Plesk support answer me that RS just have to send them this little e-mail and an updated key will be sent to me.

That's all well and good ... but they gotta send 10,000 (wild guess) "little emails" to get us all upgraded .... which is why there's such a delay - they have to implement an efficient upgrade system.
